I would like to thank and recommend www.mountainbikebill.com for the great advice contained on his website regarding helmet cameras, filming, editing and publishing video. The site also has some great mountain biking videos.

The equipment I use is a Sony DCR-PC350E Handycam and a www.helmetcamera.com "lipstick" camera.

I survived this and the rest of the evening relatively intact, although I did get worried when the guys threatened to throw me in the river. 	Telegraph Row This trail starts off with a few up hill sections, but then opens out into a really fast, twisting, slightly downhill single-track.
