| Short Term/Weekend Bookings |
| We will consider these types of booking on a
case by case basis. Please contact us with your requirements. |
| Booking Deposit |
| A deposit of 30% of the rental price will be
required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. |
| Arrivals & Departures |
Weekly bookings run from Saturday to
Saturday. The apartment will ready for your arrival after 1500 hrs. You
should depart before 1000 hrs. |
| Linen |
| Bed linen is included in the apartment
price. Towels and tea towels are not provided. |
| Cleaning |
On your departure the apartment should be
left clean, tidy and in the same condition as when you arrived. If the
apartment requires additional cleaning the cost for this will be deducted from
the security deposit. |
| Security Deposit |
A security deposit of 30% of the rental
price will be taken from you on your arrival. This will be returned to you
after your departure. Deductions may be made from this deposit if there have
been any breakages, losses or damage to the apartment. |
| Inventory/Condition of the
Property |
On arrival you should check the apartment
contents against the inventory. Any discrepancies should be highlighted to
the agent who greets you. You are responsible for all the objects included
on the inventory and agree to reimburse the value of any broken objects or if
necessary, to pay for their repair. Please inform the agent of any breakages
or problems with equipment occurring during your stay. |
| Obligations |
| By booking the apartment you agree to abide
by the rules of the property regarding noise, dustbins, parking, ski lockers,
etc. |
| Accuracy of Content |
| We take every effort possible to ensure the
accuracy of the information displayed on this website. However very
occasionally errors do slip by or changes occur beyond our control. At times
during the year, particularly during the low seasons, some facilities, ski
lifts, buses, restaurants, etc may not be available or may operate a limited
service. |
